12. Charny asks:  A squire, completely armed for jousting, enters an emprise for knights and jousts; and a knight of the emprise knocks him out of the saddle with the stroke of the lance. Will the knight win the horse, for each believed that he was a knight until he was down, but he did not wear any golden accouterments. How will it be judged according to the law of arms?
