W 24

24.  Charny asks:   Two lords are at war with one another and border on each other on many different frontiers.   So it happens that they make general truces for their war without excepting any of the frontiers.   So it happens that the truces are broken on one or two of the frontiers between these two lords, and their men at arms take cities and castles do many things in the field in these marches.  So should they hold to the truces, or should they be at war, although they have not yet done any damage against the others, and the truces are broken as said above?
