11. Charny asks: There is a tourney under mutually agreed rules and people are tourneying in it. When evening comes the stakes are taken up very late. But for a long time many knights remain on the field in a mêlée and they lose and win a number of horses on one side or the other. And when the evening comes many ask for the return of their horses because they lost them when the stakes were taken up. What will be judged in this case according to the law of arms for tourneys?
