66.  Charny asks:   A man at arms holds another as prisoner; the one who is taken has permission from his master to send out for robes and other things which he wants for his comfort, like dishes and goblets of silver, and some precious things.   The prisoner's master takes these things into his possession and says that they will be his; the prisoner says no, it is not fitting.  Many good arguments are given on either side.  How will it be judged by the law of arms?
