67.  Charny asks:   Two captains fight each other and one knight or squire takes another, and this one surrenders himself as a prisoner and surrenders his sword to him.  No one asks for him to give his faith and he does not give it.  And the one who is taken looks over the field, sees his advantage, and strikes his spurs and thus goes his way.   Tell me if he is able to do this without reproach, for the way in which he had been defeated?
